Katy loves short beaded dresses, as I know--since she "honored" me not too long ago by wearing one of my NIKOLAKI sequined mini dresses! I think she looks sooo cute, the dress fits her just right (I think it was custom made for her) and I love that she finished off the ASIANA theme with a Japanese-style umbrella and cherry blossom flowers in her pink hair.
