0 Nick Verreos to Host Kmart Back To School Fashion Show in Burbank California!!!

Back To School Runway!!!!
What are you doing this Thursday...before going home to watch Project Runway? Well, I've got the answer for you: You're coming to see me host a FAB Kmart Back-to-School Runway Show!!! This Thursday, August 5Th, I will be hosting a fashion show at the Kmart Store in Burbank! I am so excited to be hosting this very special show--only two in the entire nation--one in Chicago and one in Southern California! As an uncle to my niece and nephew Casia and Alain (see above), I know how important it is for kids to be stylish and how mommies (and uncles!) love VALUE. And Kmart has BOTH! The show will give LA tweens and teens the chance to be among the first to see some of the back-to-school must-have pieces from...Selena Gomez' exclusive Dream Out Loud line (above and below)
As well as... Rebecca Bonbon (the creator of Hello Kitty). Both Selena and Rebecca's lines are exclusively at Kmart--I know: Shut Up!! Plus there will be many more great styles and brands many. In addition to hosting the whole show, I'll also be giving fashion tips on what's hot this school year AND the first 125 attendees will receive a $25 Kmart gift card. I'll also select ONE LUCKY tween or teen from the audience to MODEL!!!!! And if that's not enough, I'll be giving away $100 Kmart gift cards to five people attending!!!!!
It's open to EVERYONE, no RSVP needed , just come!!!!!

0 Milan Men's Fashion Week-Autumn/Winter 2010/2011: McQueen, D & G and Gucci

Alexander McQueen:Prints, prints and more prints. Face masks, printed of course and lots of very fitted Savile Row suits. Did I mention those were printed as well? McQueen is a design God. It's obvious that his women aren't the only DIVAS in the room with this collection. In reality, a very wealthy singer or entertainment type might buy a jacket and pair it with skinny solid pants or jeans and "call it a day". That's fine with me too. But I would love to see someone rock that mask and not get stopped at TSA. Just saying.

D & G Dolce & Gabbana:Think luxe snowboarder in the Italian Alps with a tad bit of MTV's The Jersey Shore campiness thrown in. Yep, welcome to D&G Dolce and Gabbana for next year's Winter.

That tuxedo look is KILLING ME! It's Astronaut meets Snowboarder meets I-need-a-Baileys and Creme...like right now! This might not work in Mountain High or Big Bear but if you were going Cortina in Italy--this is what you might find somebody wearing.

Gucci:Designer Frida Giannini is going back to the "essence" of Gucci: Classic, elegant, jet-set. Trust-fund baby who has grown up, loves his Gucci loafers (sockless preferably), turtlenecks over fitted tailored jackets and likes to hang out on Daddy's yacht, since it will be his in a few years anyway.

Think Stefano Casiraghi, Princess Caroline's eldest son meets Steve McQueen. This is the look I'd like to "work" on my next trip to Positano!!! Here's a highlight video of Frida Giannini's Gucci Men's Fall/Winter 2010/11 Collection:
